Eco Star Working Method

Conserve Fuel, Save Environment

Distilled water injection.
Determine the position of the fuel generator and fix it (fixed with bolts).
Drill a hole in the air inlet and insert a pipe connector in the form of a reverser.
Connect the power cable according to the polarity of the battery and drag the cable to the fuel generator.
Insert the hydrogen transfer pipe into the tube connector installed in the air inlet and drag it to the hydrogen generator.
Connect the switch to the power cable and connect it to the power line to the hydrogen generator.
Turn the power switch on.
Put the hydrogen pipe connected to the hydrogen generator in a cup and check if hydrogen comes out.
(At this time, you should only check the hydrogen with your own eye, it is dangerous to set fire to the hydrogen).
Turn off the power switch and install the hydrogen transfer pipe connected to the air inlet to the hydrogen generator.
When driving a vehicle, turn on the hydrogen generator switch, and when you are finished, be sure to turn off the power switch.
(Failure to do so will result in continuous hydrogen generator running and discharge of battery.)
When the power is turned on for the first time and the hydrogen generator is operated, take a picture of the display, check the voltage and current, and adjust if necessary.
(Depending on the vehicle being tested, it must be adjusted according to the temperature of the hydrogen generator environment.)

연료발생기 놓을 위치를 정하고 고정한다 (볼트로 고정)
공기흡입구에 홀을 뚫고 기역자 형태의 튜브 연결관을 삽입한다.
전원 케이블을 배터리 극성에 맞게 연결하고 케이블을 연료발생기 있는 곳까지 끌고 온다
공기흡입구에 설치한 튜브연결관에 수소 전달 파이프를 삽입하고 연료발생기 있는 곳까지 끌고 온다
전원케이블에 스위치를 연결하고 연료발생기에 전원선에 연결한다
전원 스위치를 On 한다
연료발생기에 연결된 수소 파이프를 컵에 물을 담아 수소가 나오는지 확인한다
(이때 육안으로만 수소를 확인해야 한다 수소에 불을 당기면 위험하다)
전원 스위치를 끄고 공기흡입구에 연결된 수소 전달 파이프를 연료발생기에 장착한다
차량을 운전하면 연료발생기 스위치를 켜고 운전을 마치면 반드시 전원스위치를 끈다.
(그렇게 하지 않으면 지속적으로 연료발생기가 가동되어 배터리 방전 발생)
처음 전원을 넣고 연료발생기 동작 시 Display 사진을 찍어 전압, 전류를 확인하며 필요 시 조정한다. (테스트하는 차량에 따라 연료발생기 환경 온도에 따라 조정이 반드시 필요하다.)
